TIL - MUOZ (7) (IOS 앱 심사 리젝 사유 - 2)

MUOZ 프로젝트를 진행하면서, 새롭게 생각해야 될게 많았고, 너무 정신이 없던 나머지 TIL 작성을 약간 미루었던거 같다..

TIL 작성할 만한 부분은 꽤 있었는데, 시간에 쫓겨서..

약 2~3주간 프로젝트를 진행하면서 있었던 TIL 부분들을 한번에 우다다다 쏟아내 보고자 한다.

 

0. 두번째 IOS 앱 심사

첫 리젝을 받은 후 이것저것 고쳐서 다시 심사를 받았다.

로그인 문제는 해결 되었지만, 역시나 이번엔 다른 부분에서 리젝을 먹었다...

 

밑의 사례들은 두번째 앱 심사에서 받은 리젝 사유들이다.

 

 

1. Guideline 1.5 - Safety

The Support URL provided in App Store Connect, '지원페이지URL', does not direct to a website with information users can use to ask questions and request support.

지원 URL 이 정상적인 지원페이지 사이트로 가지 못하고 있다는 리젝이다.

 

앱 배포를 위해서는 반드시 지원 URL 제출이 필요한데,

여기에는 일반적으로 앱 정보 및 문의할 수 있는 연락처 등이 들어간 사이트가 첨부되어 있어야 한다.

 

이번에 우리는 앱 정보, 문의할 수 있는 이메일, 문의형태의 구글폼 등이 있는 Notion 페이지를 지원 URL에 달아 놓았었는데,

확인해보니, 실수로 공유하기를 누르지 않아서 외부에서 접근이 불가능했었기에 날아온 리젝이었다.

 

 

Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed

We have started our review, but we need additional information to continue. Specifically, it appears your app may access or include paid digital content or services, and we want to understand your business model before completing our review.

Please review the following questions and provide as much detailed information about your business model as you can.

1. Who are the users that will use the paid content and services in the app?
2. Where can users purchase the content and services that can be accessed in the app?
3. What specific types of previously purchased content and services can a user access in the app?
4. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase?

 

앱의 비즈니스 모델의 추가 정보를 요청하는 리젝이다.

 

앱을 등록할때, '가격 및 사용 가능 여부' 에서 앱 가격을 설정할 수 있는데, 이는 앱을 설치할때의 가격설정이고..

해당 리젝은 우리 앱이 앱내 유료 컨텐츠가 있는지를 물어보는 형태인것 같았다.

 

이렇게 직접적으로 묻는듯한 리젝은 회신을 통해 답변해야 하는데,

이 앱의 경우 포트폴리오 용으로 제작된 앱인 만큼 무료앱이기 때문에, 이를 심사팀에게 정확히 전달해야만 했다.

 

이에 회신을 이렇게 보냈고, 해당 리젝은 해결할 수 있었다.

Guideline 2.1 부분에 대한 답변

유료 디지털 콘텐츠 또는 서비스 관련 문의에 대해 답변드립니다. 
저희 앱은 어떠한 유료 디지털 콘텐츠, 구독 또는 서비스도 포함하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 
앱 내의 모든 기능은 무료로 이용할 수 있으며, 인앱 구매나 외부 결제 옵션이 전혀 없습니다.

 

Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property

Your app still includes protected album cover artworks in app icons, screenshots or previews without the necessary authorization.
Your app and its contents should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.

To resolve this issue, please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect. Once we have reviewed your documentation and confirmed its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
Alternatively, please remove all protected third-party album cover artwork from your app icons, screenshots and previews.

 

이 문제는, 앱 스크린샷에 앨범커버가 사용되었기 때문에 날라온 리젝이었다.

 

실제로 앱 내에서는 Spotify Api 를 이용해 음악 앨범 커버등을 가져와서 사용하는데,

앱 내에서는 정당한 라이센스를 통해 사용하기 때문에 문제가 없지만, 스크린샷에 경우에는 이야기가 달랐다.

Spotify Api는 애플스토어에서 보여주는 스크린샷(홍보용)에 대한 것은 전혀 다른 문제였다는 것이다.

 

때문에 스크린샷의 앨범커버 이미지를 다른걸로 대체하여 다시 업로드 한 결과 해결할 수 있었다.

사용한 이미지는 무료 이미지를 사용하여 해결했다.
